ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 47 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per state government rules.
Educational Qualification: Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- 10+2 with at least 50% marks or Senior Secondary with 50% marks and 2 years JBT/Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from an HPBOSE-affiliated institute.
- Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks and 2 years JBT/D.El.Ed. in accordance with NCTE norms (2002 regulations).
- Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
- Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education).
- Graduation with 2 years JBT/D.El.Ed.
- Post Graduation with a minimum 55% marks and a 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
- A valid Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) pass certificate conducted by HPBOSE Dharamshala or any authorized agency.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive ₹17,820 per month, which is 60% of the first cell of the applicable level of the pay matrix for the corresponding cadre, as per H.P. Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022.
