The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has officially begun the registration process for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 today, August 1. Aspirants aiming for admission to MBA and other postgraduate management programmes at IIMs and top B-schools across India must apply online via the official CAT 2025 website before the deadline. The last date to register is September 13, 2025, till 5 PM.
CAT 2025 is scheduled to be conducted on November 30, 2025, in multiple sessions across various test centres in India. IIM Kozhikode, the conducting body this year, will also provide an application correction window starting September 20, 2025, allowing candidates to make limited changes to their submitted forms.
CAT 2025 Registration Fees:
- General / OBC / EWS Candidates: ₹2,600
- SC / ST / PwD Candidates: ₹1,300
Applicants should keep the following documents ready for a smooth registration process:
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
- UG degree certificate (or latest semester marks if final-year student)
- Government-issued photo ID
- Work experience certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-size photograph and scanned signature
CAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for CAT 2025:
- General category candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in their undergraduate degree from a recognized university or institute.
- SC, ST, and PwD candidates must have 45% in their undergraduate programme.
- Final-year UG students can also apply, provided they meet the eligibility criteria upon graduation.
CAT is one of the most competitive management entrance tests in India, accepted not only by the 21 IIMs but also by over 1,200 B-schools nationwide. It assesses candidates’ skills in quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
