- Belong to a family with a total annual income of ₹2 lakhs or less from all sources.
- Be a girl student.
- Have passed the previous academic year (2024 – 25) with:
- At least 75% marks for students in Classes 9 to 12
- At least 60% marks for students pursuing higher education
