Applicants must be Karnataka residents with parents domiciled in the state. Engineering aspirants should hold a CET rank below 25,000, while Medical aspirants must secure a NEET Karnataka rank under 3,000 and an All India NEET rank below 60,000. A critical criterion is the family’s total monthly income, which must not exceed ₹15,000.
