Andhra Pradesh Mega DSC registration 2025 Now Open

The Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, has officially commenced the AP DSC 2025 registration process for the Mega Teacher Recruitment Drive. Aspiring candidates can now apply for the 16,347 teacher vacancies available across various categories in the state. The online application process began at 10:00 AM on April 20, 2025, and will continue until May 15, 2025.

The Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT), also known as Mega DSC-2025, is being conducted to fill various posts including Principals, Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs), and Physical Education Teachers (PETs) in institutions such as AP Model Schools, APREIS, and MJPAPBCWREIS.

IMPORTANT DATES AND APPLICATION FEE

• Application Window: 20^th April to 15^th May 2025
• Application Fee: ₹750 per post (to be paid through the Payment Gateway)
• Last Date for Fee Payment & Submission of Online Application: 15^th May 2025

EXAMINATION AND SELECTION PROCESS

The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to be held from 6^th June to 6^th July 2025. The test will be conducted at various centers located in district headquarters, municipalities, revenue divisions, and mandals. Candidates must appear for the test at the center allotted to them. It is important to note that the selection is valid only for the district for which the candidate has applied, not the location of the examination center.

The selection process will consist of the CBT and other eligibility criteria as per government guidelines. The Information Bulletin provides complete details regarding the syllabus, structure of the exam, and mark distribution across subjects.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess all relevant certificates and qualifications as per the post wise notification by the last date of application submission.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 44 years as of July 1, 2024.
  • SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates: Up to 49 years
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: Up to 54 years
