Flipkart Runway Season 4: Early Career Program for Women Engineers in 2nd year is strategically designed to establish a solid groundwork for women in engineering, offering them early exposure to developmental opportunities, The chosen Women Engineers in 2nd year will not only secure an internship opportunity for 2024 but also stand a chance to secure a Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) for an internship with Flipkart in their pre-final year.
The female engineers in full-time engineering programs, regardless of specialization are eligible to apply, the female engineers must be in their second year of under graduation expected to graduate in 2026 or third year of dual degree programs expected to graduate in 2026. The should have ability to complete a full-time, 8 to 10-week internship between May 2024 to July 2024 and should have Basic level programming experience in C/ C++/ Java/ JavaScript or Python, other
SELECTION PROCESS
Step 1: Register on Unstop
Step 2: Online Test : The registered female engineers in full-time engineering programs are required to take an online quiz to test their basic coding fundamentals. Participants will then be further shortlisted based on their performance
Step 3: Submit SOP : The shortlisted female engineers from the online quiz round will be required to submit their SOP (Statement of Purpose)
Step 4: Interviews : The shortlisted female engineers will be invited to appear for the interviews at Flipkart, dates to be announced later
Step 5: Get an Offer Letter & Start the Internship
