For the academic year 2023 – 24 the Science Olympiad Foundation has announced the launch of the SOF Defence Services Academician Scholarship (DSAS), the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) was established in 1998, it is an educational foundation based in New Delhi, India that promotes science, mathematics, general knowledge, introductory computer education, social studies, professional skills, and English language skills through Olympiads among schoolchildren in India and many other countries
SOF Defence Services Academician Scholarship (DSAS) 2023 – 24 acknowledges the academic achievements of students from Defence Services/Internal Security families, under DSAS 2023 – 24, 260 Indian students excelling in academics will be selected. Each selected winner will be awarded a cash scholarship of Rs. 5000 and a Merit Certificate, scholarship amount will be deposited in the selected student’s Bank account by 31st March 2024
ELIGIBLITY
Students must be studying in classes 1 to 10 in a school in India are eligible to apply,
SELECTION
School may send a proposal recommending one student for consideration for SOF Defence Services Academician Scholarship (DSAS) 2023 – 24, All proposals received will be evaluated by a committee set up by Science Olympiad Foundation
BENEFIT
260 academically brilliant students selected under DSAS 2023 – 24 will be provided with a cash award/scholarship of Rs 5000 each and a Certificate
