Special Summary revision of Electoral roll 2024 is under progress

Chief Electoral Officer, Karnataka has released the notification regarding Special Summary Revision 2024,

As per the notification released Special Summary Revision of electoral rolls with respect to the qualifying date 1st January 2024 is under progress in all 224 Assembly Constituencies of Karnataka state as per the directions of the Election Commission of India,

A special camp by the BLO at every polling station to be held between 10AM to 5PM, New Voter registrations, Corrections in Voter details, Delete Name from the Electoral details can be done on the specified dates

IMPORTANT DATES

As per the schedule released by the CEO, Karnataka the voter list Special Drives to be conducted on 18th November 2023, 19th November 2023, 2nd December 2023, 3rd December 2023, Final Electoral roll 2024 to be released on 5th January 2024

Applications are required to be submitted to the notified Electoral Registration Officer/Assistant Electoral Registration Officer of each Assembly Constituency in prescribed forms along with required documents.

Form 6: Application Form for New Voters

Form 6A: Application for inclusion of name in Electoral Roll by an overseas Indian elector.

Form 6B: Letter of Information of Aadhaar number for the purpose of electoral roll authentication

Form 7: Application Form for Objection for Proposed Inclusion/ Deletion of Name in Existing Electoral Roll

Form 8: Application Form for shifting of Residence/Correction of Entries in Existing Electoral Roll/Replacement of EPIC/Marking of PwD.

The applications can also be submitted in online mode through the Voters Service Portal or the Voter Helpline Mobile app
