| Guidelines regarding opening Pre Primary Schools for the year 2023 – 24 released |
The Department of School Education, Karnataka has released the guidelines regarding opening Pre Primary School in Selected 262 Government Primary Schools for the year 2023 – 24 from August 2023
As per the guidelines released for the year 2023 – 24 LKG section to be started for the children in the age group 4 to 5 years, Candidates with PUC 50% Marks and Diploma in Nursery Teachers Education / Pre School Education / Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed) of duration of not less than two years of B.Ed (Nursery) to be appointed as Teacher on temporary basis with maximum age limit 45 years,
Candidates passed SSLC, Less than 45 years can be appointed as Attender (Preferably Women) on temporary basis
