ASHA and Anganwadi Workers are conducting the Health and Nutrition Survey for rural households by visiting the households and gathering data
Information such as Name, Age, Employment Status of head of the Family, Number of Family Members, History of hereditary diseases, Anemia status of Women, Pregnant Women / Lactating Women / Peril Pregnant Women details, Weight, Age, Educational Status of Children, Child malnutrition status being collected in Health and Nutrition Survey
Survey is being conducted to formulate and implement Government level schemes and identification of the beneficiaries, Prioritize of the districts in need of health sector development, Working towards anemia free Karnataka, and also addressing Child Malnutrition
