Gruha Lakshmi scheme registrations started, Check your registration Schedule

The Registration for Karnataka State Gruha Lakshmi scheme, one of the five poll guarantees of the Congress government in Karnataka, which offers Rs 2,000 financial aid per month to women head of the family has been started

Karnataka State Government Gruha Lakshmi Scheme is aimed at empowering women as heads of households

Financial assistance of Rs. 2,000 per month is provided to eligible women, helping them meet their basic needs and make independent decisions, women identified as the head of a family in the Antyodaya, BPL and APL ration cards issued by the Karnataka State Government will receive the benefit, However the husband should not be a taxpayer (Income Tax or GST payee)

To receive the benefit the beneficiary has to provide the ration card number and Aadhaar card number, which is linked to the bank. If Woman wishes to receive money to another account, during registration the bank account details with a pass book of that account to be given,

From 16th August every month the cash benefit of ₹2,000 will be transferred through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the bank account registered and that is linked to the Aadhaar number of the beneficiary

Registration can be done by woman head of the family, they will be given a date, time and venue to register, through a SMS on her mobile number linked to her Aadhaar card. She has to visit the venue at the specified time to register, In case the beneficiary unable to visit the venue to register then the beneficiary may visit same center on same day or any other day between 5PM to 7PM

The registration can also be done in rural areas at nearest Grama One or Bapuji Seva Kendra. In urban areas registration can be done at Karnataka One or Bengaluru One centre,

A Praja Pratinidhi (citizen volunteer identified by the government) will visit every household to register beneficiaries under the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme, After the registration the sanction certificate will be provided 

By calling helpline 1902 or by sending an SMS or WhatsApp message to 8147500500 the Date, time and venue for registration, or any other query related to scheme can be enquired, Under the scheme there is no last date to register and there is no fees for registration, Beneficiaries can check the Registration schedule online or Send SMS with 12 digit ration card number to 8147500500 / 8277000555

Step 1 : Visit Seva Sindhu Official Portal (CLICK HERE)

Step 2 : Click on Gruha Lakshmi 

Step 3 : A New Dialog Box get open, Click on Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Seva Sindhu Link

Step 4 : A New Page will get Open, Enter your RC (Ration Card) 12 Digit Number

Step 5 : Move the Orange Scroll to get in between Green Line, Click on Fetch RC details

Step 6 : Date, Place and Time of registration will be displayed, Download the copy for further reference
