The notification for the recruitment of Apprentice Development Officer in Life Insurance Corporation of India released, the online application process has been started from 21st January 2023 and applications can be submitted till 10th February 2023, Exam admit card to be download onwards 4th March 2023, Preliminary Exam is scheduled to be held on 12th March 2023 and Main Exam on 8th April 2023

The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 9394 Apprentice Development Officer vacancies in Life Insurance Corporation of India for the year 2022-23, 

An Apprentice Development Officer will have to undergo Theoretical & Field Sales Training for the period as decided by LIC Of India. The period of apprenticeship shall commence from the date of commencement of the training

QUALIFICATION 

The candidates who have passed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University / Institution are eligible to apply

A total of 9394 Apprentice Development Officer vacancies in Life Insurance Corporation of India for the year 2022-23 to be filled

Southern Zonal Office: 1516 posts, South Central Zonal Office: 1408 posts, North Zonal Office: 1216 posts, North Central Zonal Office: 1033 posts, Eastern Zonal Office: 1049 posts, East Central Zonal Office: 669 posts, Central Zonal Office: 561 posts, Western Zonal Office: 1942 posts

PAYMENT

The Basic pay of Rs. 51,500 per month in the scale of Rs. 35,650-2200(2)-40,050-2595(2)-45,240-2645(17) -90,205 and other admissible allowances as per rule, A candidate after appointment shall be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining

SELECTION

The Selection will be made on the basis of on-line tests, followed by an interview of the candidates who qualify in the on-line test and subsequent pre-recruitment Medical examination

Phase-I:

Preliminary Examination: Preliminary Examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online. The test will have three sections (with separate timings for each section)

English Language test will be of qualifying nature and the marks in English Language will not be counted for ranking

Phase-II :

Main Examination: Main Examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online. Main examination will consist of objective tests for 160 marks for a composite duration of 120 minutes

Phase-III:

The marks obtained in the main examination only, will be considered for shortlisting for the interview. The marks obtained in main examination and the marks obtained in the interview, will be considered for the final merit listing of the candidates
