The Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) has released the notification for Departmental Examination Session II, As per the notification released the online application from Karnataka State In -service Government employees (Except Group D) can be submitted from 12th to 31st January 2023,
The Departmental Examination Session II to be held Offline or OMR type or Computer Based Test (CBT), Candidates submitting application should mandatorily update their E-Mail Id and Phone number,
Examination to be held in 2 stages, Stage 1 Exam to be held in Bengaluru and other districts, while Stage II Exam to be held in Bengaluru only, Departmental Examination Session II to be held for 99 subjects (Multiple Choice Type) and 19 subjects (Descriptive type), The Exam hall ticket to be released before the exam date,
Application to be submitted only online,
Step 1 : If the candidate has an existing account in Seva Sindhu, he / she shall login with his / her username & password or Mobile number & OTP on the portal.
Step 2 : If the candidate does not have an account in Seva Sindhu, he/she must click on New User? Register here after which Digilocker page will open
Step 3 : Candidate must enter his /her Aadhaar Number and press on “continue button”. He / She must enter the OTP received to his/her mobile number and shall press on “Continue” and click on “Allow” to proceed further
Step 4 : Candidate shall create his / her Seva Sindhu account by entering valid Email Address and Mobile number. By creating password and entering the OTP received on Email and Mobile Number, shall successfully register in Seva Sindhu
Step 5 : ”After logging in, candidate shall click on the link “Apply for KPSC Departmental Exam” on the Home Page then online Application will be opened
Step 6 : Candidate shall read all the instructions and fill the application form. After pressing “submit” button a preview of the application is Available
Step 7 : The candidate shall attach necessary documents by clicking on “Attach Annexure”.
Step 8 : Once documents are uploaded, candidate shall click on “Save Annexures”. A preview of the application along with documents is available.
Step 9 : Candidate shall click on “e-sign and Make payment” and click on “I agree with above user consent and esign terms and conditions”.
Step 10 : As soon as the candidates enters the aadhaar number, it will be verified through an OTP number sent to their registered mobile number
Step 11 : Candidate shall make online payment by clicking on “Make Payment
Step 12 : Once application is submitted then an acknowledgment is generated. The application number shall be used for future correspondence
