The online registrations are invited for the 1st National Online Quiz on Mountaineering by the Ministry of Defence, the Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering and Winter Sports (JIM&WS) aims to expose the youth to nature, kindling the spirit of adventure, develop personality, character, courage and confidence through adventure sports.
The Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering and Winter Sports (JIM&WS) has been bestowed upon to impart training on technical aspects of Mountaineering and to Undertake rescue operations / search missions
1st National Online Quiz on Mountaineering is being organised by the Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering & Winter Sports (JIM&WS), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, It is open to all the citizens of India, 1st National Online Quiz on Mountaineering to have 20 multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark. A participant will get 10 minutes to complete the Quiz. There will be no negative marking, the questions will be based on Mountaineering, All participants of this Quiz will receive a participation certificate, First winner of Quiz to get Rs 3,000, Second Winner Rs 2,000 and Third Winner gets cash prize of Rs 1,000, Last date to register and participate in the quiz is 31st October 2024
